Helpful to have when you call
- The address, so we can check for historic district or HOA rules.
- How many stories the house has, and whether it has a basement or crawlspace.
- Whether the old gutters are still up, and what is wrong with them.
- Where you see water: over the gutter edge, at the corners, or at the foundation.
- Whether you have big pines or oaks over the roof.
